Guys, it’s been a crazy but enjoyable past few weeks. I am super excited to announce a couple things over the next few weeks or so. Projects that I have been working on with you in mind. This past week in San Diego has been filled with learning, confirmation, new friends, collaborations, implementation, and clarity. I came to San Diego for two separate events: first for @chrisducker’s USA Round Table Mastermind Retreat that consists of a select group of 10 people (that I am extremely grateful to be a part of) who came together for a couple days to brainstorm and strategize on our businesses. I then stayed on for Social Media Marketing World, which is put on by the folks at @smexaminer. At #SMMW, thousands of people with the goal of up-leveling their SM strategies and/or the SM strategies of their clients, came together for a few days to hear from the best in the industry as well as apply strategies in the moment. Can I tell yah, it’s been a heck of a week! A week of “Ahas!” and implementations of small but powerful tweaks to my own business as well as sharing what I learnt with the students in my courses. The most important thing I am walking away with though? The commitment to stop playing small. Never. Ever. Again. I was made to do what I do and serve the people I serve. It was not by accident. We all have a gift and must honor this gift by using it faithfully and without limits to serve others. If not you, then who? I am done playing small. Are you?

This conference has been on my radar for a couple years and I’m so excited I finally get to attend. While I’m excited to implement what I learn in my own business, I am even more excited to share ideas and strategies on what’s working now in social media marketing with my community. A little afternoon pick me up. It’s a client coaching day for me today. A little coffee in between video calls. I spent the better half of this week on-boarding 4 new one-on-one coaching clients who I am extremely excited to work with.
